Schedule an Appointment

Contact the participating provider of your choice, let them know your vision program is with NVA, and schedule a convenient time for your visit.

Take NVA with you with the NVA Member Mobile App

NVA Smart Buyer® Tip

Your prescription determines the lens and frame that will work for you. For example, if your prescription calls for multi-focal correction and you choose a progressive lens, a smaller or unusually shaped frame may not sufficiently accommodate the multifocal correction, which may cause you not to see correctly and create eye strain. Your eye care professional can recommend an appropriate frame to fit your lenses.
